The mixed choir “Maestro George Atanasov “was formed in 1900. The choir has won gold and silver medals at national festivals of amateur art activities and won a bronze medal on the First International Choir Festival “Prague 2002” . The repertoire of the choir includes pieces by Bulgarian composers and world classic, patriotic and church-Slavonic songs . The conductor, Teodor Dobroikov, graduated from the Academy of Music, Dance and Pictorial art in Plovdiv, in the class of professor Ivan Dimov. He has been leading the choir since 2000. This mixed choir is a member of the Bulgarian Choir Union.
