The mixed chamber choir “Sevtopolis” was found in 2002 in the town of Kazanluk, Bulgaria. It earned a position in the concert life of the town in a very short time. The choir participates in national and international festivals and every year wins prestige awards . The members of the choir are people with various professions and occupations but their love for the music unites them in the choir. There are various music styles in the choir’s repertoire, but the main one is Eastern Orthodox chant. The choir-master and founder of the choir “Sevtopolis” is Mrs. Dora Kosheva. She was a choir-master of the Boys Choir and Preparatory Children's Choir and has participated in many national and international festivals and competitions in Greece, Finland, Czech Republic, Russia, Denmark, Hungary, etc.
