Vocal Ensemble “RONDO” was founded in 2006. It involves the graduates of the Grażyna Bacewicz Primary School in Wrocław and former members of the “Con Brio” Choir, at present learning Wrocław hight schools and universities. The ensemble frequently appers in concerts and festivals (International Festival “Wratislavia Cantans” and “Leo Festival”) and works with the National Forum of Music (formerly Philharmonic). In ten years, RONDO received close to 30 awards during choral competitions and festivals. RONDO’s achievements, among others:
2013 – Grand Prix in International Choir Festiwal „Gaude Cantem” in Bielsko-Biała, Poland;
2015 – Golden Diploma in 11th International Henryk Mikolaj Gorecki’s Festival “Rybnicka Jesień Chóralna”, Poland;
2016 – 1st Prize at IV International Wroclaw Choir Festival “Vratislavia Sacra”, Poland.
Vocal Ensemble “RONDO” recorded two CD: Carols (2013) and Musica grata Deo (2014).

The Ensemble is conducted by Małgorzata Podzielny – graduate of the Musical Education Institute and the Institute of Composing, Conducting, Musical Theory and Music therapy – the section of Music Theory at Wroclaw’s K. Lipiński’s Academy of Music (diplomas with excellent marks), and Postgraduate Choirmasters Studies in Bydgoszcz (diploma with distinction). In 2010 she acquired a PhD title at K. Lipinski’s Academy of Music.
